On June 19, 2025, core team members from the United States Association of Business and the Small and Medium Enterprises Overseas Listing Capital Group, together with South Korean political and business representatives including Mr. Koo Cheon-seo, Chairman of the South Korean Constitutional Association, were invited by Gome Group to meet with Chairman Huang Guangyu and other senior executives of Gome Group at Gome's headquarters in Beijing Peng Run Building. This gathering kicked off in-depth strategic cooperation negotiations on launching the "AI Social + Business Ecosystem" Web3.0 model into the South Korean market.

Mr. Park Chan-yoon, President of the AGBA Korea Chapter, focused on introducing South Korea's localized political and business resources as well as resource integration capabilities, and stated that they would provide comprehensive support for the landing of Gome's "AI Social + Business Ecosystem" platform in South Korea. After in-depth exchanges, the two parties reached consensus on key areas such as operation structure, resource integration, and promotion strategies, laying a solid strategic framework for rooting in South Korea.
